The Restaurant Shift Manager is responsible for making sure that operations run smoothly and all patrons leave with a positive and longstanding impression.

The Restaurant Shift Manager must be excellent at guiding and supervising employees, managing cash, ensuring sanitation standards, and making sure customers are served quickly. They also need to solve any customer complaint that may arise. 

We are looking for career driven, customer satisfaction oriented individuals that will provide a “1 in a million” guest experience to our clients. A positive attitude is a must have!

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-year food management diploma or 5 years equivalent restaurant service management experience
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills (customer focus, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and multitasking are required for this role)
  • Valid Driver License
  • Reliable Transportation
